Bad communication with online ordering

My full order was to be delivered next day. Could not get correct tracking. The one item (lipstick) I needed for vacation all of a sudden was being shipped separate and not arriving for 6 days. One day after leaving on vacation. Was told I cannot cancel the order. So now I have to go purchase and still get a delivery when I am gone and will melt in the heat. Great customer service.

I bought Velvet teddy & Mehl colors, love how they look on my lips. And they’re moist, although I wish they’re like moisturizer moist, but they’re definitely not dry.
