Foundation Brush Bristles Fell Out

I have purchased several brushes of various prices and I have never had a brush fall apart like this one. I purchased this set as I really like IT Cosmetics makeup. The bristles on the foundation brush started to come out almost immediately. Macys customer service sent me a replacement and I returned the original. Not long after, the same thing happened to the replacement brush. So far, the blush and eyeshadow brushes are fine. However, the foundation brush, which was my whole reason for purchasing this set, is garbage!
