I use it in my car and it serves its purpose but for daily pickups of stuff like spilled cereal etc it gets clogged easily and can't pickup heavier pieces like a broken chip. #sweepstakes

I'm honestly flabbergasted how this received such high reviews. There are huge flaws in the design. 1. The charging port is in an awkward spot, which would be so bad except that the cable they send it with is only 12" long. You have to plug the charger in each time, unlike other handhelds that allow you to keep the charger plugged into a base. The base of this one is mostly useless. 2. The capacity is tiny. I constantly have to empty it, more than you would even expect because if the canister is even midway full, the suction is poor. 3. The fan is *directly above* where the nozzle is, which means it blows little things out of the way while you're trying to vacuum. Literally, the fan blows away what you're trying to vacuum. Awful design. We have a Bissell upright and mop vac and they are both very good products. This is utterly disappointing and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Despite MANY calls to the BISSELL customer service line, three hours of my life I will not get back, I am sorry I have had to get swept up in this mess.
