Invaluable kitchen appliance

The Pro Custom 11 cup food processor performs beautifully and the instruction booklet is clear and the recipes are well written. The only things missing are the fork-like tool to clean the inside of the chopping blade (so useful for my old one) and a storage element for the discs (essential in my opinion).

Sent it right back

Disappointing, and being returned. The lid on the bowl wouldn't close properly, it felt like it would break apart if we tried harder, and when we started the motor it made a lot of rattley noise. I yearn for my old Cuisinart, and guess I'll start scouring eBay.

At last!

At last I now have a good-sized food processor! I kept telling myself I would get one "one day". Why did I wait?! The first thing I did was chop onions! No more doing that tear-jerking job by hand. WhooHoo!

The perfect food processor

This is the best food processor I’ve ever used. The 11 cup size is perfect. All the attachments and parts are premium and work exceptionally well. A must buy for any home or pro chef!!

Mom sure got her moneys worth with this one!

I have the DLC - 8F food processor. This was my mom’s and I still use it all the time! What a great product, I think she bought it in the early 80’s! Think about that, what a great product, thank you Cuisinart!
