Love!
It's incredibly easy to use, thanks to its stick form that glides on smoothly without any tugging. The application is so simple—you can just swipe it directly onto the high points of your face and blend with your fingers or a brush for a perfect glow. What I love most is how portable it is. Glass effect - 2 for 1 blush/highlight
I received this in shade 625 – glassy sunset amour, a color I normally would never pick out for myself thinking its a bit dark for a highlight on my fair skin. NOPE. I am in love. This highlight is a stick, but it is very creamy/almost liquidy and easily glides over the skin because it's so soft and liquidy. It does give a glassy effect rather than a sparkle. I dotted the smallest amount to the apple of my cheeks, brow, bone, nose, and forehead, where I would normally put both blush and highlight since it is pigmented and shimmery enough to do both. The product is super rich and I feel like it will give the absolute perfect post-beach sunkissed look in the summer. I'm so excited.

This Lumi Highlighter stick was awesome. I have the 620 Glassy Pink ballet. The shimmery pinkish rose color is beautiful. I also love the idea of a stick. Makes it super easy to apply. The shimmer is very pretty and noticeable! It blends very well too, love it. Makes my face super Shiney. Will buy again.
Doesn't show up
Upon opening this, it came out of the package and fell onto my black leggings. This wasn't an issue because the pigment was so sheer that it didn't show up at all. I tried very hard to swatch it and once applied you can't see it at all.
Chunky
I tried the L'Oréal Lumi Le Glass Highlighter Stick and while the color was beautiful, the texture didn't quite work for me. It felt chunky and didn't blend as smoothly as I expected, leaving a slightly uneven finish on my skin. The shimmer itself was pretty and gave a nice glow, but I had to work extra hard to blend it out. If the formula were creamier, this could be a great highlighter, but as it stands, it's a bit too tricky to work with.
