Difficult to use

Unfortunately, I had to return it. It made my eye bags look worse and it was hard to remove. I read the other reviews that said to put it after your make-up sets, but the saleslady said you put on before your make-up and wait 15 minutes for it to set. I tried it both ways because I don’t always wear make-up and it still looked terrible. I am trying a sample of another brand she suggested.
