Top notch customer service
Had issues with my helmet in the first year.
Sent an enquiry and they replaced it fast and without issues or unnecessary questions.
I am quite impressed with the speed of customer service.
Helmet works for my son's male pattern baldness, the shedding is much less and bald patch is growing in.
It was less effective for female hair loss in my case, but still helped with thinning in the front. I would recommend to start treating early in the course of the hair loss for best results.
