For Beet The Sun we carried out a total of 6 tests: 2 FDA Broad Spectrum Tests, 2 FDA SPF Static Tests, 1 ISO 24444 (2019 version) and 1 ISO 24442. It’s common to only perform these tests once, but we knew it was important for you to be extra clear.The Broad Spectrum Test and ISO 24442 helps measure UVA protection and results in the “+++” in the PA value. Through these tests, we found that Beet The Sun can protect against 88 to 94% of UVA rays!
The SPF Determination Test (AKA the FDA Method and the ISO 24444:2019) measures UVB protection and results in the SPF rating value. For Beet The Sun, we found the exact rating to be 42 & 43 which fell under our projected 40 SPF rating.

I love love love Krave Beauty products I’ve been a customer ever since 2021. I’ve tried all their products which my dry/textured skin loves. And don’t get me wrong I loved this sunscreen but the only downfall is it stings my eyes if sweat gets near. I’m a busy college student so I liked how it fits in my backpack but I’m from Texas where it’s hot all year round which means sweating. So this isn’t my go-to sunscreen but I still like the formula just wish it didn't have that strong sunscreen smell to it.

Love love love this. #1 supporting small business but also this sunscreen is just chefs kiss. Very lightweight, not greasy. Great for normal-combo skin. Seems like it would be very sensitive skin friendly - my skin has flare ups depending. But love this so much!!

This is my favorite spf because it blends out so beautifully! There's no white-cast . It feels lightweight. Luminous but not greasy.
