I have not recieved my pumps yet. When I try to follow the tracking it won't open. I am a bit worried they have not arrived

Nice, other than the logo on the bottom.

I believe that these would have been nice, but they arrived with damaged leather on one shoe. I'm really surprised this pair found its way past quality control and it seemed like they had been opened and returned by a previous customer(s) as the paper in the box looked well-handled. I'm not a fan of the graphic and the metal logo on the underside of the shoe though - that's tacky.
