Not accurate

So I have had many but this one is not a good one! The reason is when you take the food and place on a plate to check the temperature it takes forever to go to the exact temperature actually I have to put back on the grill or stove! To cook more, when your you can tell by cutting into the meat! So with this it's a complete fail!!

Accurate thermometer

This is the first digital thermometer that I have ever used. I usually time the meat by pound. Making a roast for a special meal needs a little more accuracy for internal temp. The thermometer made it simple.
