product was totally dried when I opened to use.

I got 3 eye liners at the same time, so I started with the green color one, without never ever opening the second one before, I decided to open up this one. And it was very disappointing due to the liner was so hard and dried up broken into little pieces and not working at all. Unfortunately I was traveling over seas when I opened the box and couldn’t go to Macys to return or exchange.
