Q: Can you think about changing the can to make it easier to open? It's difficult as is with only 1indent and then when you hold your baby it's nearly impossible to open. Love the product not the can!!!

A: Great question! Each unopened can of ByHeart is good for 24 months, but for exact dates, you can see the "Use By" date on the bottom of your can. Once opened, our formula can be used within one month (be sure to tightly cover the can after each use!).

A: Thanks for your question! For the safety of your baby, they should only be drinking formula that has been sitting at room temperature for up to 2 hours. If you want to save formula for later, you can keep it in the fridge (capped!) for up to 24 hours. Our formula is not only clinically proven compared to another formula for softer stools and less spit up, but it is also an easy-to-digest infant formula that doesn't include soy, corn syrup, palm oil, or maltodextrin.

We breastfeed but at about 3 months old I wanted to supplement a bit as well. I was told by a friend to try this formula and I'm glad we did! I was worried because he had terrible reflux but he took this great! We still use it maybe one bottle a day just so my mom or older daughter can help feed from time to time and he still does great with it. He's 8 months now
We loved this brand - but are sad to change.

We have used this brand since our baby was 4 months old. I felt confident in what I was feeding him, and felt as though this brand cared about not only the quality of this product, but all the babies that were receiving it as their primary source of nutrition. We were very disheartened to hear there is traces of lead in this formula, and had to switch to another brand that was clear of heavy metals and BPA’s. We truly feel that this is not intentional, and just a part of the process, but none the less we don’t feel comfortable feeding our baby boy food that contains traces of lead. We hope that this consumer report creates awareness on the issue, and that ByHeart is able to right the wrong.

I despise the can. It’s so annoying to open! Msde my baby so gassy and in pain and didn’t help at all woth spit up. I also noticed my baby was very hungry between feedings. It wasn’t keeping him full The only positive is the holder for the scooper

Only using formula to supplement with breastmilk. Ended up using this because Kendamil organic was sold out. Won’t be continuing after it really upset my baby’s stomach. It also completely changed his stools whereas Kendamil did not. I think it’s too expensive for how little you get.

I was so nervous and felt so guilty about switching to formula after the chaos of breastfeeding, but I feel really good about this clean formula! My 8 week old has done so well with it, loves it, it’s easy on her stomach & she isn’t nearly as gassy anymore. This really was a game changer for me & is a really great option. Side note- I thought they didn’t include a scoop for a while and then I finally found it under the lid LOL. So keep that in mind!

TESTED POSITIVE FOR LEAD DO NOT BUY! Spent an entire year buying this brand for our first💔 only to read that they tested positive for lead while looking up formulas for our second. Bobbie Organic did not test positive for any heavy metals will be switching over. Stop poisoning our children!!

I needed to supplement my breast milk when my pumping journey came to a close and my freezer store of milk had high lipase that my baby wouldn’t drink. ByHeart by itself or mixed with breast milk keeps my baby feeling full, and she likes the flavor! I felt really overwhelmed with the options in formula, but feel confident that this formula is the next best thing for my baby.

Been using for 2 whole months now and baby seems content. He loves the taste and he is a colic baby this formula helps him feel better too I love the packaging is so cute but I don’t really like the lid that it’s screw off sometimes takes a while to close and open but I do like that it has a spot to hold the little spoon

We are so grateful to have found ByHeart formula for our baby. He had struggled with reflux and spit up with other brands, and we didn’t want to feed him gentle formulas that have corn syrup solids as the first ingredient. Others that we tried completely threw off his digestion, and they had strange odors and stained clothing. He has done so well with ByHeart, and we feel good about the ingredients we are feeding him. Peace of mind and comfort in a bottle for both baby and parents!
