Hard to use

It is very hard to squeeze the product out from the tube. Can’t twist open the tube to get the product out either. There are 3 metal balls on the tube which meant to massage on the neck, but my neck is too bony so it hurts. I use the metal balls to massage on my face. When squeezing the tube, one of the metal balls pops open and falls off, luckily it falls off so now I can squeeze out the product easily.
