Clarifying Lotion Toner 3’s exfoliating preps skin for moisturizer, making it more receptive to hydration and treatment products. For oilier skin, twice-daily exfoliation helps minimize excess oil and keep pores clear. For drier skin, twice-daily exfoliation helps remove surface flakes that can be a barrier to moisture absorption. Toner also reduces the look of fine, dry lines.

Suggested Usage:
