Very convenient

I have a digital thermometer that I can set and leave in cooking meat in the oven but it takes time to set up to check the temperature of stovetop food. Also, there are foods that are shallow or difficult to leave a device hooked up while making multiple dishes. This is perfect to just pull the probe and stick it in my food and the temp comes up. Couldn't be easier.

Works Fine

I like it, even if it took a little getting used to. It seems to work a little different from the instructions. Either way I got the hang of it and all is well now. And, yes, I would recommend. That is if my child doesn't come along and borrow it.

Surprisingly Accurate Meat Thermometer

Surprisingly accurate and useful tool. The old manual thermometer had stopped working and this replacement worked great. It is easy to use for chicken and small to medium roasts. Received the response quickly on temperature and thermometer returns to 0 automatically.

USELESS

This item does not work. I don't know if I got a dud. It has a row of Ks and if you tilt it and press the needle with your finger, it shoots straight to 263 degrees F! It's such a pity I threw the box away, before I tested it otherwise, I'd certainly return it.

Very Handy Kitchen Thermometer

I purchased this on sale for half price to replace my old one. This thermometer is well made. It has a magnet on the back of it to attach it to stainless steel appliances. Also, it has a hook. It is illuminated with a light button on its back with easy to read numbers. It is long and handy to measure the temperature of meats. All in all, a very good product. I would purchase it again.
