I’ve used this multiple times over the years. I like to use it in the summer time the most because I’m more shiney and oily at that point. It will give a nice matte finish.

I have always struggled with oily skin and tried so many matte primers to go with my makeup and think I’ve found the one for me! This primer is great for eliminating shine throughout the day. Compared to some primers, this drugstore one is budget friendly and works like a gem!

This product was nice going in. It wasn’t greasy, oily or runny. I didn’t notice much of a difference in shine reduction or leaving my face as a matte texture. For the price it isn’t a bad product overall.

Found the packaging to be pretty efficient and the texture was a bit heavy but hasn't broken me out yet. However it is cery good but my skin gets shiny again after 12+ hours. Thick, mattifying face primer for oil control. It helped my makeup stay on for several hours with sleek packaging and a mild skincare scent. A reasonable amount of product for the price, would repurchase when finished

The NYX Shine Killer? It’s like the friend who promises to handle your oily face but kinda ghosts you after a few hours. It does keep the shine in check—at first—but don’t expect it to last all day. It’s light, it’s smooth, but by midday, you’re definitely gonna need a touch-up. Not bad for the price, but don’t expect miracles.

Was really hoping this would keep me matte, but it didn’t do much. I still got shiny pretty quickly and had to blot a lot. It just didn’t live up to the hype for me.
