They shipped me wrong item
I ordered this SKII facial mask. This is my first time to order things from Macys online. But when I got the shipment. I found out it is a perfume instead of the facial mask I ordered. I called the customer service three times. The first time they said on their system it shows it is not delivered yet even though on my account it shows that it is delivered. And the box I got has the correct tracking number as shown on my account. So I called again two days later. They asked me if I want a refund or a reship. I confirmed that I want a reship. One day later, I called the customer service again and they told me that they started refund. I am not sure what is going on inside the Macy's system but it is a total mess. I will just move forward with refund. I am so tired of the whole process. I don't have issue with SKII facial mask itself. I got some from Japan and I really like it.

Beautiful Skin In A Bottle!❤️
SKII… How do I love thee… Honestly, I do not know how women live without this Essence. I hear women complain about hyperpigmentation, aging, etc.. This Essence starts to lighten spots from day one. It gives your skin such clarity. Truth be told, I have amazing genes from my mum and granny. This Essence makes me look 20 years younger. Is it expensive? Absolutely! Is it worth its weight in gold? Heck YES! I do not have to bother with a lot of other skin care, other than eye and skin cream. One last thing, YOU MUST WEAR SUNSCREEN! It protects the skin from future hyperpigmentation. There are a lot of fake versions out there, but you purchase from a high end store like Macy*s, you will get the real thing. Get a tiny bottle, try it, trust me, you will be back for the biggest bottle. You can thank me later!

A lightweight, watery essence that is 90% Pitera, a fermented ingredient rich in vitamins, amino acids, & minerals. Designed to improve skin texture, radiance, and hydration. Overall I noticed it leaves the skin hydrated, plump and soft. I love that the essence itself is lightweight, which helps it to absorb quickly & allows it to work well under other skincare. I also adore the fact that there isn’t any added fragrance or unnecessary fillers, very straightforward ingredients that you can be proud of. The only con I can think of is the price tag. Great for those looking to invest in a long-term brightening and hydrating essence, but the price may not justify the results for everyone.

Really nice serum
I really like the texture of this serum and how it sinks into the skin quickly. It really plumps up your skin and feels nice. The packaging is elegant. The ingredients are really good for you skin and unscented. After a few weeks your skin feels so amazing and soft.

Nice but expensive
I recently tried a sample of SK-II Facial Treatment Essence, and while I can see why it has such a cult following, I have some reservations.
