I needed a good everyday , twice a day face wash. I came across this after some deep researching . It matched all my request . It fell at a 4.6 on the ph scale , it helps my face and isn't to strong . Lathers gently and is amazingly soft , has the Hyaluronic Acid & vitamin E . The fragrance is very mild , not over powering at all. The nice chamomile, lemon grass, papaya scent to it. I switched from Aloe Vesta foam wash . I've been using Derma-E over two weeks and my skin looks great !

Change in product and poor customer service

I had purchased this cleanser 3 or 4 times and had been happy with it. My most recent bottle was quite different- had a very sharp chemical smell, to the point where I couldn't use it, and I'm not terribly sensitive to smells. I contacted customer service to let them know and they basically blew me off, saying as long as the date was good it was fine. Pretty poor customer service, especially for a brand promoting "natural" products. I'm not sure what's in this cleanser but they have definitely changed it, and not for the better. Lost me as a customer.

I use it morning and night. Love it! I used it a few years ago, but changed due to a friend's network marketing business. I had a leftover bottle of this that I saved all those years. No all nautural cleansers do not foam up.

Hi, Is this product clear? I have purchased this product for several years and it has always been clear. I just purchased a bottle from Amazon and it has a beige tint to it. What the color indicate quality? I don't want to put a product on my face that may be counterfeit. Thanks.

HI. Just wondering if this is the best cleanser for me. I currently have some psoriasis on my scalp and face. Ive been using the Psorzema Conditioner for my scalp and the cream for my face. It seems to be helping but I wanted to find a gentle face cleaner too. Would you recommend this product for very sensitive skin with patches of dryness? Is there another cleaner that is fragrance free? Thanks for your help!
