It’s good vitamin but The tablets themselves are exactly what I was looking for in terms of vitamins and minerals, however the size and consistency of the tablet are a deterrent to me having them. I really want to be compliant with my vitamins however I'm not sure I'll be able to. I should have gone with a smaller tablet or at least one that isn't chalk-like. I'm not chewing these; they just taste terrible while swallowing them.

I currently take the one a day women’s supplement daily. I don’t love the taste but it’s not a gummy so I just swallow it. It does have a slight bad taste to it though. I feel more energetic when I’m consistently taking it, and it’s inexpensive.

I have been taking these everyday for years! Great value compared to other daily multivitamins. Love that I am getting all my nutrients in 1 pill rather than taking a handful of vitamins. Don’t taste great but I take with OJ which helps a lot.

Doesn’t have much of a taste. When i take it i just feel different in a good way so it is very effective. It’s not too expensive so you get your moneys worth. Packaging is kid proof but also easy to open.

This is the worst multivitamin. The size of the capsule is quite large with a funny after taste. This is the only multivitamin that I've taken that makes me sick to my stomach. I can return this product fast enough.

My only complaint is the packaging- a 200 ct bottle is about 5 in tall and is less than half full-literally to the bottom of the nutrition facts box on the label (pictured). The amount of packaging used could be almost half if it were designed for the product quantity
