What does an 80-year old, German farm have to do with Weleda? Everything. Literally and figuratively, the roots of Weleda’s NATRUE certified skin care grow in that very special soil. The teachings of biodynamic agriculture, a form of alternative agriculture similar to organic farming, is based on the ideas of Weleda’s founder, Dr. Rudolf Steiner. Developed in the 1920s, it was one of the first agriculture movements.
