Q: Are these bowls oven safe?

A: Hello Lyn! Yes the glass dishes are safe to use in the oven as long as the oven has been fully preheated beforehand. The lids are not safe to use in the oven.
submitted byInstant Brands Support - 1 year agoBrand expertA: These are not oven save. pyrex uses soda-lime glass and it is not oven safe. The original PYREX brand is made in France and uses borasilicate glass which is where the oven safe reputation comes from.
