Our glycolic acid body wash exfoliates uneven and bumpy texture to reveal softer, smoother skin. Formulated with an AHA blend including glycolic, lactic, pyruvic and tartaric acids, our cleanser sloughs off dead skin cells, while red algae hydrates for softer, smoother more supple looking skin. Can also be used as a facial cleanser.

A: Thank you for reaching out to us. We would always avoid skincare actives on fresh tattoos (besides sunscreen & moisturizer). Glycolic Acid shouldn’t go as deeply into the skin as the ink from tattoos, so there’s no need to worry. However, over-use of exfoliators (and lack of sunscreen) can fade the appearance of tattoos over longer periods of time.

I used to LOVE this body wash. It was the only thing that worked great for my sensitive skin, and got rid of my KP (bumps on my arms) while I was using it. The last couple times I tried buying it I had to return because the consistency was all over the place. It typically has the consistency similar to shampoo or conditioner, but the last time one bottle was completely separated with a solid chunk on the bottom, and clear liquid on top, and the other time it had cottage cheese consistency. I tried shaking them and it would not mix back together.

Bleaching creams, medicated creams, bio-oil, nothing worked until I tried this. I finally caved and bought a bottle. I have only used 1/2 and have seen such a difference. The scars have faded; some have fully disappeared. This is not a sponsored review, I bought this with my own money. And I am sold. I will keep this in my routine. Thank you for making a product that is changing one of my biggest insecurities.

I love this body wash. I have sensitive skin that is somewhat dry and have found that this exfoliates enough without really irritating anything. I have seen an improvement in hyperpigmentation but you absolutely need a moisturizer. I wouldn't use this on the eyelids unless you have particularly oily skin. I have repurchased this and will definitely get it again.

Definitely not good for sensitive skin. It causes rush and itching. It had no effect on dark spots and acne. I waited patiently for the bottle to finish to comment. It's not good for me. Maybe I chose the wrong product.

I really like this product, it cleanses and gently exfoliates/smooths out skin well. However, I will advise to take the sunburn alert on the bottle seriously, because even after using the same sunblock I usually use, and trying to stay out of the sun at the beach, I got a nasty sunburn - the first one in six years! You’re supposed to stop using this product a week before getting sun, so I went ahead and put it away until summer is over to avoid accidentally using it and getting sunburned again. I know this product is to blame because I only got sunburned in the areas where I used it, from my neck down.

I bought this highly recommended from the pharmacist. My hyperpigmentation on my arms and back are barely visible and almost gone because of it. I have had hyperpigmentation marks due to allergic reaction for five years and literally tried everything, nothing worked although expensive in my region but worth it. Got my confidence back I can wear vest now thank you naturium

Bought this product and directly got a rash on my arms which worsened the days after. After a couple of days the rash was all over my body. Never experienced something like this (I also used glycolic acid from the Ordinary, without any problems). I am really shocked because of the reaction and I am on oral and topical steroids at the moment. I absolutely dont recommend this product. See pictures.

This body wash helped clear my arms and back within just a few days of use. The wash is fragrance free, and goes on smooth. I’ve been battling “bacne” for almost a year, and with spring and summer on the way, I was ready to finally get rid of the bumps and unevenness! I will definitely purchase again, and hope for continued improvements for my skin.

DO NOT USE OR BUY!! After just one use, this broke my skin out in a rash, that has still not healed after several weeks and two trips to the doctor. The worst area is on my calves, ankles, tops of feet, and heels. The doctor described it as only slightly less than a chemical burn. I have fair skin, but reviewers with light, medium, and darker skin have all reported similar issues here. I never leave reviews, but don’t want anyone else to go through this. Praying it doesn’t scar.

I use the ordinary glycolic acid on my face every now and then and its never caused that so not sure what the issue was here I have dry skin so maybe that was a factor as well.

I normally love this body wash. This is a staple in my home. However, my last two purchases were horrible. I'm wondering if the formula has changed. The consistency was thick like a conditioner, and it would not lather. I was so frustrated that I wanted to return the product, but that's not a Target issue it's a manufacturing issue. I'm sad because I don't trust the product at this point.

I’ve been a loyal user of this product since February 22nd of last year, and for months, the formula kept my skin soft. I was thrilled with the results. It quickly became a staple in my skincare routine, When I repurchased the product on February 11, 2025, I was expecting the same great results, but what I experienced was a complete shock. The new formula felt entirely different, and instead of the soft skin I was used to, I experienced a burning feeling once applied on my skin , also I noticed dark marks appearing on my legs and feet. This was both alarming and extremely frustrating. I really wanted to give it another chance, but it became clear that the new formula wasn’t working for me at all. I ultimately had to discard the bottle, which felt like such a waste, especially after trusting this product for so long. The sudden fall in quality is genuinely a let down I can no longer recommend this product, too bad the company decided to alter it. Now I’m left questioning whether I can continue using anything from this brand. It’s truly unfortunate that such a beloved product has been changed in a way that has completely ruined my experience with it, and I sincerely hope the company listens to feedback from loyal customers like me.
