- Awake has a bold and robust flavor, ideal for dipping warm bread, roasting, sautéing, and hearty pasta dishes. Made from early-harvest Arbequina and Picual olives.
- Alive features a smooth and grassy flavor, perfect for fresh dishes like salads, hummus, and baked goods. Made with a blend of Arbequina, Arbosana, and Koroneiki olives.
- Rapture is a raw Balsamic vinegar that is double fermented with California zinfandel grapes and ripe Triple Crown blackberries.
- Parasol is a raw Champagne vinegar that is double fermented with California chardonnay grapes and juicy Navel and Valencia oranges.
About the Olive Oil
Each olive oil is packaged in a 100 mL / 3.4 fl oz fully-recyclable glass bottle that has been UV-coated to protect the olive oil from damaging light.
Harvested in November 2023, one of California’s most recent olive harvests — fun fact: the olive harvest only happens once a year!

These olives are carefully harvested at peak freshness and cold-pressed by a master miller within hours to ensure you get the most flavorful experience possible. Every bottle of Brightland olive oil reflects our commitment to quality and the dedicated farmers behind each harvest.
About the Vinegar
Brightland’s vinegars are lovingly crafted on a small family farm in California’s Central Coast. To make our fruit-forward vinegars, local produce is handpicked and prepared for each batch. The fruit is then fermented for 8 weeks to extract a deep, aromatic flavor. Both vinegars are raw and double-fermented.
