Best lip balm!

I've been using this lip balm exclusively since it goes on smoothly, keeps my lips hydrated, looks great in place of a lip gloss, and smells nice :)

Great Product

I have been using this salve for years. It soothes, smoothes, softens and is my go to product especially when I need extra moisture. I put it on my lips, hands, cuticles, feet, elbows, knees, etc. A little goes a long way. It's not by chance it's been around for decades, it's really that good. Just get one or a few like I did!

nice balm

Nice balm though the tin was somewhat difficult to open though like how it is. A great high shine non stick or smell. It is something which would re buy.

Been using for over 20 years

I have used this rose salve for over 20 years. When my kids were babies I used it as diaper ointment, my daughter uses it on the grand babies still. When I work outside in the bitter winter I use a small layer on my face, no wind chap. We use it on the babies faces too. It’s great on hands and cuticles before bed. Even the guys in my family all have their own. My son in law is now hooked too.

I’m so disappointed in this product. I can’t get past the off-putting, sickeningly sweet smell. I don’t smell rose at all. More importantly, it made me break out; despite the smell, I used it on my lips before bed and I woke up with pimples on my chin. I usually love this brand, but this salve went straight into the trash after 1 use.

Twist the top to get it open...then enjoy!

I read all of the comments on how hard it was to get this can open. When it arrived I was worried it wouldn't open, but it came right off. Then the second time I tried to get it off...suction. So, I just twisted the top until it came off. Plus, it would help to have dry hands. Now to the product itself. It's an old fashion goody. Reminds me of years gone past and yes, it's a bit thin but that's the nature of the product. It has an old-fashion rosy smell that I remember. I personally like it a lot and will use it for all the suggestions on the tin...lips, face, cuticles, etc. This product is mainly for the nostalgic people out there. Here's to the memories. :)
