I'm giving two star because the new container is terrible absolutely terrible and no spoon. The collagen it self is my favorite (unflavored) Vital you guys need to make a better container because ya'll are loosing costumers and you know it.

The new packaging is HORRIBLE!! I have been using this product for over a year and was enjoying the benefits but the new packaging will make me stop buying it. It doesn’t seal so you can’t travel with it. It is hard to open, I spilled HALF of my container trying to get it open. It won’t stay fresh. I will find another brand of collagen to buy.

The new packaging is awful! For people with arthritis in their hands or that have other physical limitations, this container is NOT user friendly. I would think that half to the majority of customers using this product are women 45+ years old who are looking for joint support. This packing is counterintuitive! I really like the product itself but if I have to wait for someone to open it for me, I will no longer buy it. Please reconsider! Plastic recycles.

The smell and taste of this formula is the most wretched thing I have ever put in my mouth. I don’t know how people can’t smell this or taste it! I have tried it in coffee, juice, water and yogurt. It is absolutely terrible. The consistency is of Elmer’s Glue. Does it work? I don’t know. But I still drink it every day because I want pretty skin.

I love the new packaging! I felt guilty buying the monstrous plastic tub and considered stopping taking collagen because of it. But now with the new container, the qualms are gone. I also appreciate that there is no longer a scoop for the same reason. Before, the scoops would pile up and because of the size you can't recycle them. Besides, there's always the option of just using a regular tablespoon. Five stars for how well it dissolves and because of the new packaging. Four stars because it really is not flavorless, and because I've been taking it forever and I honestly don't know if it really makes a difference. (But how are you supposed to, really?)

Easy to blend with water , smoothies , yogurt and cottage cheese. No flavor which I truly enjoy. When I run out I can immediately tell the difference. Has helped my joint pain . Nails and hair are much stronger

I love the product itself but the packing is the worst! If you don’t have a firm grip and strong hands you’re not getting it open. I’ve had to wait days for someone to come open it for me. Another time I hacked into it myself with scissors and that was a disaster. I’ll not buy again for this reason.

Stop thinking about it and buy it! When I tell you this is the first product I’ve purchased that does everything it says it does, I’m not lying! My skin, hair, and nails were seriously suffering from PP. My face was dry, red, and lifeless. Now, I feel like I’m glowing. My hair was falling out terribly, and now I’ve got so much new hair growth! It’s almost 2 inches. My nails felt brittle, and now they feel strong. I’ve been using this product for 2 months and am so happy I finally tried it after months of contemplating. I did have a side effect of constipation for a few days, but that went away.
