Q: Why is the plane not able to stay in the air and always goes back down instead of staying in the air? I feel like the propeller motors are not strong enough for the plane.

submitted by Jason - 16 days ago
  • A: Hello, Inspect prop blades for damage or debris wrapped around motor shaft. If damaged, firmly hold motor housing and pull damaged blade from shaft. Make note of A or B marking on prop and replace with corresponding new propeller. It is also suggested to check if the battery is running low as it can affect flying the drone. Thanks!

This jet would fly up for about ten seconds and then would stall and fall straight to the ground. The battery was fully charged and it was brand new.

Fun to fly but after 3 flights and 2 battery charges it won’t fly straight anymore. Toss it in the air and it glides, turn the propellers on and it starts circling on the way down

Pyxie83 - 7 months ago
This is a super fun rc plane that is easy to fly and seems to be pretty sturdy. The battery life is very short, maybe 10 minutes, so that could be improved upon. The propellers hit the control arms under the plane, causing damage, which takes away from the planes propulsion power. Being made of Styrofoam, I don't expect it to last long, but for the price tag, it sure would be nice to have better quality

The plane is fun to fly. The propellers break too easily.. impossible to get replacement parts. Even harder to get a hold of the company. You will probably have three or four really good flights with it and either the landing gear will break or the propellers will break. At least it’s been my experience.

When I unboxed it and when I charged it to a full battery, it wasn’t even able to take off the ground and if I would throw it in the air, it would fly for about 5 feet before nose diving into the ground for $80. I thought this would fly better

Super easy to fly and super easy to get used to. We have crashed this multiple times, used the included tape to repair broken foam pieces. All in all, I highly recommend.

This could be a really fun plane. The first time we flew it, the controls were responsive, it zipped along quickly, it did cool tricks. After 20 minutes or so, the battery died, so we took it home to charge. The next day, we went back out, but this time it wouldn't fly. We tried the throwing method, we tried the runway method. The propellers would respond to the controls, but the thing would just sink to the ground. We replaced the propellers, we replaced the controller batteries, we charged up the engine battery, we made sure the thing was clean. It never flew again. I contacted customer service. They asked for a video of the issue. I sent them a video of the issue. Then I never heard back. Every few weeks, I would write them for an update, and just hear nothing. They don't exist as far as I can tell.

It is easy for a kid to control if they read the instructions. It is easier to start with a throw-to-go style takeoff.

This is exactly the kind of airplane I have wished for ever since I was a kid flying a plane attached to a string that could only go around in circles. It takes a few minutes to figure out how to level it out and get some speed going and you should be prepared to shut it down quickly rather than smashing it into the ground. My 11-year-olds caught onto it within an a few minutes. Should only use in a wide open space. Yes, one of them has cracked a couple of times, but the tape provided worked great for piecing it back together. The batteries last longer than I expected, but it still would be cool if they provided a second battery.

Very cheap looking and cheaply made for the price. It’s kind of hard for a kid to fly outside and it will get marked up easily. Definitely would not recommend for the price there are better ones out there for this price.
