Q: What is the amount of mascara and primer per unit? It says .81 ounce but it isn't clear what that refers to. the full size mascara is .20 and .07 primer. I would like to know the amount in mini size

I love that this mascara is so clean in terms of ingredients! However, the performance/quality is lacking. The formula clumps easily on my lashes and also flakes after only a couple hours of wear. The color is a nice black, but I probably would not repurchase. I also do not love the brush/wand. If the wand had real bristles instead of silicone, it may help with the clumping. For $20, I will keep looking for another clean mascara.

Purchased this mascara because I wanted a lower-tox option. Pleased with the results. I like the ingredients- they do not bother my sensitive skin and eyes. Works pretty well. Not too clumpy or thick but does define my eyes a bit. Good coverage. Doesn’t smudge much with normal wear. Easy removal with oil-based makeup remover. Cons: I wish the brush was a little smaller. I used ELF mascara previously, and the brush is smaller and curved and a little easier to apply. The dual primer/mascara makes it seem like the bottle is not very full.

Horrible!! Make sure to test it before using. You can see one eye is way more red than the other. It's because my eyes tend to get watery and a bit of mascara went in the eye with a tear, which is normal for me, and my other actually organic brand that I normally use (100%pure) have never given me any kind of reaction.

I’ve been using this mascara for years now mainly because it doesn’t irritate my eyes. It gives great length, but sometimes it can be clumpy or flaky. The tube doesn’t last me very long, but I’ve still yet to find anything better.

The wand applicator for the mascara is not wildly different from a Q-Tip, which lends to a lack of definition and leading clumps of mascara on the lashes. The amount of times I've had to remove this mascara from my upper and lower eyelids and redo my makeup is abhorrent. It also dries very slow, leading to more problems. You have to wait a long time to fix the residue it's left, or risk making more blobs. PLEASE, Honest Beauty, get a different wand!

I’ve used this mascara several times in the past and this is my first time ordering online from Target. The tube I received was super dried out- both the mascara and the primer. I compared it to a used up tube I got from Amazon and that one wasn’t even as dry as this “new” tube from Target. Reading other reviews- I see I’m not alone. Definitely will not be buying this from Target again… especially for that price.

I’ve been working towards a “cleaner” product environment and decided to give this mascara a try. The Maybelliene full and soft has been my go to for years and by comparison, this mascara did almost nothing for my lashes. It feels like there is almost no product on the brushes and in the tubes and I can scarcely see it on my lashes. For more than double the price, I think this is one area I’ll reconsider going toxinfree-ish and definitely would not recommend or buy this specific mascara product again.

I received a discount on honest extreme length mascara so I purchased it from target. I normally purchase from the honest.com website. This mascara is normally amazing however purchased from target they came dried out. Both mascaras. Turned out to be a waste of money.

This mascara was flaky, clumped with the primer, and left residue on my undereye and eyelid after wearing for a few hours. And it's more expensive than Maybelline (which does a significantly better job). If you're going to make a natural mascara, at least make it functional.

Love this mascara for its lengthening effects but I have to make sure I really curl my lashes well because it kinda brings my lashes down since they’re super straight naturally. It’s definitely more of an everyday mascara, not a special occasion, long-wear one.
